Re: Jace Salmons comment on my opening statement.
The oil sands create thousands of jobs for all Canadians all around our country. Without them, thousands of people would be out of jobs and millions of dollars would be lost. They also have new ways of restoring the disrupted land to almost as good as it was before. ("The Next Alberta")

Yes they create lots of jobs like cleaning the dead birds out of the tailings pond. According to Audubon Magazine 200,000 birds per year are killed due to pollution and habitat loss.
